Fr Marco had shown the movie The Ten Commandments to his class as part of his Religious Education (RE). Discussing the movie with them after the screening, he was trying to get them to offer their feedback. He was particularly concerned if they'd be disturbed by the scenes depicting the slavery of the Israelites or the massacre of the Egyptians in the Red Sea. However, one particular student of his appeared depressed about the parting of the Red Sea. Thinking it is about the the drowning of the Egyptian soldiers, he asked if that was what was agonizing. She brushed it aside and mournfully said, "Those poor horses!"
