- Stick to a schedule: Handle recreational web surfing and email at set times.
- Do a reality check: After 5 min. of unplanned surfing, ask yourself 'Should I be really doing this now?'.

Net overload
Reading an old issue of the Reader's Digest, I came across this interesting article which seemed written just for guys like me. It contained eight tips to fight information overload.
