Sedentary exercises

Struggling with my present sedentary life as a student, I came across this amusing quote in a book

The only exercise some people get is jumping to wrong conclusions, running down their friends, sidestepping responsibility and pushing their luck! 

I distinctly remember asking Tanuj, a little boy who had come with his mum seeking admission to our school and boarding at Punganur.  He was about 7 years and was certainly not thrilled about being away from his mum.  Intending to cheer him up, I asked him if he liked games.  His eyes lit up and he nodded in agreement.  I then asked him which games?  Pat came the reply, "Computer games!"
