Reading an article in The Hindu, yesterday one of the myths that I believed to be true, or rather never ever doubted, was busted! I always thought and believed that Hindi was the national language of India. I read that it is not so! It is only the official language and so are about two dozen more languages recognised by the Indian Constitution! 26 May 2013

Reading an article in The Hindu, yesterday one of the myths that I believed to be true, or rather never ever doubted, was busted! I always thought and believed that Hindi was the national language of India. I read that it is not so! It is only the official language and so are about two dozen more languages recognised by the Indian Constitution!
